Local Secrets Food Festival 2010

Luke took part in the Local Secrets Food Festival on September 19th. He performed a demonstration and took part in a cook off against the chef from Hotel Felix, cooking wild duck breast with truffled celeriac puree, sauteed spring onions & spinach, damson glaze.
